Pilates
Some say that Lori Harvey’s secret to staying trim is pilates. I’ve been taking pilates for about a year and although I don’t look like Lori, I absolutely love pilates. It’s fun and it really helps stretch your body and relieve tension. I prefer Pilates over running because it’s fun. Classes go by so fast and the energy is always supportive. Pilates is a low-impact exercise so if you have any health conditions, your instructor can provide you with unique modifications that will serve you best Practicing Pilates can also improve posture and increase mindfulness, supporting a healthy sense of inner alignment and self-awareness.
