Finding vegan restaurants in Puerto Rico is very easy! Many vegan restaurants serve local dishes for you to fall in love with. Puerto Rico is the largest island in the United States and has distinct culture and energy. With its fresh fruits, vegetables, and local staples, the island presents numerous opportunities for vegans to savor traditional dishes and innovative creations.

Vegan Restaurants in Puerto Rico that Will Make Your Mouth Water

100% HP

100% HP is a vegan restaurant that even carnivores enjoy. The location was slightly different than what Yelp says. I was surprised at how big the space was. There’s also an art studio inside.

I ordered their most popular dish, Relleno de Papa, which was delicious. I recommend ordering the Sampler to try several local Puerto Rican dishes simultaneously. Some popular dishes are Relleno avocado de bistec, empanadas, and birria tacos (on Taco Tuesday). I was a bit disappointed by their alcapurria HP. It wasn’t very crowded, but the service was a bit slow. I would return.
