Looking for a list of pink fruits for Valentine’s Day or a school project? Pink is one of my favorite colors. Add more pink into your daily life to attract more sweetness, love, and romance. Most pink fruits contain a high level of vitamin C, which is great to consume during winter months. Here’s a list of 30 gorgeous pink fruits to add some sweetness and nutrition to your diet.
1. Dragon Fruit (Pitaya)
It may surprise you, but dragon fruits (at least the ones available in the United States) aren’t that tasty. To me, they taste like water. This exotic fruit is often found in Southeast Asia and Latin America. The skin is usually bright pink skin with white or pink flesh with tiny black seeds. The yellow dragon fruits are much more tastier and often used as a laxative.
2. Lychee: My Favorite Pink Fruit
Lychees have a bumpy pinkish-red outer shell and sweet, translucent flesh inside. They’re juicy, fragrant fruits loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. 9. Pink Pineapple (Pinkglow)
A rare find, pink pineapples are genetically modified versions of regular pineapples, with pink flesh and a slightly sweeter flavor. After buying one, I don’t think it’s worth the high price. It doesn’t taste much different from regular pineapple at all. If you wore a bandanna over your eyes, I don’t think you could tell the difference. For now, I think Antigua’s Black Pineapple is the sweetest in the world.
